Volunteers

Scores of volunteers are active in all areas of activity in Woman to Woman - from individual accompaniment of women as part of a mentorship program, through various logistical and administrative tasks. They are joined by our executive committee, which also operates on a voluntary basis and meets once a month.

Woman to Woman has also been blessed with an active community of volunteers and supporters - synagogues, schools, pre-service volunteers, local businesses and others - who all contribute time and additional resources. Woman to Woman is also the founding association of the Itach Leorech Kol Haderech initiative, which brings the concept of volunteering with women after their stay in a shelter to the whole country, through collaborations with other shelters.
