Volunteers

Scores of volunteers are active in all areas of activity in Woman to Woman – from individual accompaniment of women as part of a mentorship program, through various logistical and administrative tasks. They are joined by our executive committee, which also operates on a voluntary basis and meets once a month.

Woman to Woman has also been blessed with an active community of volunteers and supporters - synagogues, schools, pre-service volunteers, local businesses and others – who all contribute time and additional resources. Woman to Woman is also the founding association of the Itach L`orech Kol Haderech initiative, which brings the concept of volunteering with women after their stay in a shelter to the whole country, through collaborations with other shelters.
