Woman to Woman provides women with legal representation from the time they arrive at the shelter and until the end of the proceedings regarding their case.
The lawyer is part of the professional staff and consuls on matters that concern the women, such as child custody, alimony payments, debts, housing and property rights and more. In addition to the significant practical help, the legal aid gives the women an opportunity to realize their rights from a position of empowerment and security, and thus, it is a fundamental component of the treatment. |
